Fees Rules

  1. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  2. Yearly fee & tuition fee for April must be cleared by 30th April, otherwise, a fine of Rs 1000/- will be imposed (only for existing students).
  3. Fees can be deposited on every working day form the 1st day of the month till 10th day of the month without late fee, from Monday to Saturday during school hours.
  4. Fees must be deposited within 10th day of the month itself (from 1st to 10th of the month), otherwise fine of 10/- per day will be charged. Failing this, five days grace period will be provided. If the fee is still not paid even during the grace period, the name of the student will be struck off (if the fee is not deposited by the last day of the month).
  5. Fees must be paid as long as the student’s name is in the attendance register.
  6. Fees for the month of March must be paid in the month of February itself.
  7. Parents and guardian must save the counter receipt issued to them and can produce them in proof of payment of fee, if needed.
  8. If the fee is not paid for two months, the student’s name will automatically be struck off and re-admission fee of Rs 1500/- will be charged along with the pending fee of the student.
  9. All fees till March must be cleared by the students of X and XII within 15th January of the session.
  10. All fees till March must be cleared by the students of Class- IX and XI within 1st Week of February month for the session.
  11. Re-admission for class X and XII for the next session must be taken before 31st March of the previous session, with the clearance of stream and optional subject (for class-XII only).
